1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ggqq8 ("Platform", "we", "ggqq8") and its users or members ("you", "member"). By accessing the ggqq8 website (ggqq8.best) or mobile app, these Terms automatically apply.

Ggqq8 is an online entertainment platform operating under an international gaming licence, offering Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer, and jackpot games. Before using the platform, please ensure the following:

2Membership & Account Rules

When registering an account at ggqq8, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with false information may be terminated and any associated balance forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account — creating multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed after account registration. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly private — sharing them with anyone else is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to another person under any circumstances.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ggqq8 support immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ggqq8 at all times:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance — the applicable wagering requirement must be met first.
• No interest or profit applies to funds deposited at ggqq8.
• If funds are credited to an account in error, ggqq8 reserves the right to reclaim those funds.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonus offers at ggqq8 are provided as an added benefit for members. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳10,000). The bonus is credited automatically to your bonus wallet after the deposit is made. A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be completed before any winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: A percentage bonus on weekly deposits. The wagering requirement for each offer is listed separately on its respective offer page.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn ৳1,000 in credits once they make their first deposit. There is no wagering requirement attached to this bonus.
• Sports Bonus: ৳5,000 credit on your first Sports Betting bet. Minimum bet of ৳500 required. Wagering requirement: 5x.

Ggqq8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. ggqq8 also reserves the right to decline issuing a bonus to any member, particularly where bonus abuse is suspected.

5Betting Rules

All forms of betting on ggqq8 (Sports Betting, casino, live dealer) operate under specific rules. Please familiarise yourself with the following before placing any bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be available where applicable.
• If a bet cannot be completed due to a technical error, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change during the match — the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• Ggqq8 reserves the right to void any bet where suspicious activity or evidence of match-fixing is identified.
• If a match in a parlay or combo bet is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ggqq8. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, or opening an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Misuse of the bonus system (including arbitrage betting and bonus hunting).
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or any automated means.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ggqq8's systems.
• Using another member's account or selling your account to someone else.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Ggqq8 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspected suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Regulatory authority guidelines or legal obligations.
• Extended inactivity (no account activity for more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any remaining bonus balance will not be refunded.

8Limitation of Liability

Ggqq8 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable in the following circumstances:

• For any bet or game left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Due to a fault with the user's device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond ggqq8's control (force majeure).
• Any loss resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

9Privacy & Data Protection
